Privacy notice

This covers the Tactalon game at play.tactalon.com. We keep as little as we can, and only to run the game.

What we keep

• Your email address, to sign you in and to send you game emails.
• What you do in the game: your club's name and colours, your tactics, team choices, transfers and the matches you play.
• Feedback you send us with the Feedback button, together with the page you were on and your browser type, so we can fix problems.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell or share your details. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in.

Emails

We send sign-in links, kick-off reminders and league messages. You can turn reminders off from the link in any reminder email.

Who else handles it

• Hetzner hosts the game on servers in the EU.
• Resend sends our emails.

Both process data only on our behalf.

Who can see what

Other members of your league see your club, its results and your league activity, and the organiser sees who has joined. Your email address isn't shown to other players.

How long we keep it

For as long as you play. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your details within 30 days; backup copies are kept for up to a week before they're overwritten.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing privacy@tactalon.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
